Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 4, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Prolific AI Automation LLC ("Prolific", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on prolificautomation.ai (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to site owners. Similar technologies — such as local storage, pixels, and software development kits (SDKs) — perform comparable functions and are covered by this policy.

2. How We Use Cookies

Less than you might expect. We count page views so we know whether the site is working. We run no advertising tags, no cross-site tracking, and nothing that tries to identify you personally. We set no cookies for any of it.

3. What Actually Runs, and Where

TechnologyPurposeWhere it runs
Core hosting (Vercel) Serving and securing the Site. Request data, including IP address, is processed as part of delivering the page. Cannot be switched off — without it there is no site. All pages
Vercel Web Analytics Counts page views, referrers and rough location (country and region) so we can see whether the site is reaching anyone. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, and it reports to our own domain rather than to an outside analytics company — so no third party learns you were here. It cannot identify you or follow you to another website. All pages
Google Fonts Web font delivery, which discloses your IP address to Google. Everywhere else on the Site our fonts are served from our own domain, so nothing is disclosed. The Clipcast product pages only: Clipcast and its privacy and terms pages

Every other page — the home page, this Cookie Policy, Privacy, Terms, Links, and the free GBP audit page — loads nothing from any third party at all.

We do not run Google Analytics, Meta or TikTok advertising pixels, a visitor identification pixel, or a chat widget. If that changes, this page changes with it.

Do we set any cookies at all? No. Nothing described on this page stores anything on your device.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Only one third party is loaded by the Site, on the three Clipcast pages, and it does not set cookies:

Separately, GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) receives the contact details you type into our forms. That is data you submit deliberately rather than a cookie, and it is covered in our Privacy Policy.

5. How to Control Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse or remove cookies and notify you when one is set. The steps differ by browser — check your browser's help pages for details. You can also ask us to delete anything we hold about you, at support@prolificautomation.ai, and we will action it.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no industry-standard response to DNT signals at this time. Since we run no analytics or advertising technologies, no cross-site tracking takes place regardless of your DNT setting.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, the services we use, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
