Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also opt out at any time by emailing support@prolificautomation.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you submit the form without ticking that box, we may still call you in response to your inquiry, but we will not add your number to any text message campaign.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose. This exclusion applies to all of the categories described in this policy.

We record the date and time you gave consent and the exact wording shown to you at that moment, so that consent can be evidenced if questioned.

4. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to QuickBooks Online (Intuit) and GoHighLevel at your direction. Use of those platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies. We access third-party platforms only with your authorization and only to the extent necessary to perform the services you have requested.

The following third parties process data in the course of operating this website:

• Vercel — website hosting, and page-view analytics. Processes request data including IP address as part of serving and securing the site. The analytics count visits, referrers and rough location (country and region); they set no cookies, store nothing on your device, and cannot identify you or follow you to another site.
• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — stores contact details submitted through our forms, and delivers the calls and text messages described above.
• Google Fonts — web font delivery on the Clipcast product pages only, which discloses your IP address to Google. Everywhere else our fonts are served from our own domain.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below.
